With the world making the much needed transition to a greener energy future, PannEx have been diversifying from Oil and Gas into re-newable energy including geothermal and Carbon Capture and Storage. 

Geothermal projects could provide a key energy source in areas such as the Pannonian Basin where a thinned crust leads to large geothermal gradients. 60% over the European Average, with wells in many areas producing water over 100°C making the ideal energy source for electricty production and district heating projects.

PannEx has formed a startigeic partnership with Ross DK and GEOOP, providing sub-surface and new-ventures support to operations.

The stratigic aliance provides a full-cycle approach to geothermal projects. From Sub-surface Work, Drilling, Production, Facilities through to commercial support and Monitisation of projects. 

Currently PannEx is activley supporting the Croatia 1st Geothermal licence round.
